If we think responding to your request may cause us to break these rules (for example, it may cause a conflict of interest), we will be unable to advise you. Our barristers follow the BSB Code of Conduct.  Our terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes must be heard in an English court. Nothing in any of these terms and conditions affects your legal rights.

Any professional legal services which Belinda Knight solicitor provide to you will be pursuant to our terms and conditions of engagement, the current version of which will be provided to you at the outset of any retainer and contained within our client care letter. In order to become a client of Belinda Knight you are required to give us complete information to be enable us to assist you.
