Take on the 15-21 Challenge this Alcohol Awareness Week
Looking for Alcohol Change UK's next fundraisers! Alcohol Awareness Week kicks off on 15 November and runs until 21 November, and have introduced the 15-21 challenge - could you take part to help raise awareness and vital funds?
It can involve any activity or event you can think of around the numbers 15 and 21 - or 1 and 521, or 1,521...you get the idea! Some suggestions include:
* 1,521 press ups throughout the week, or 15-21 laps of your local park.
* As this year’s theme is alcohol and relationships, maybe you could have 1,521 conversations in a month?
* Are you musical? How about playing a 15-21 minute set or performance? You could livestream it to your followers to drive up the donations and raise awareness online.
* If you're a chatty person could you go silent for the whole week?
As you can see, the possibilities are endless! Read more here...
